What you’ll do
:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Costumer Interaction Center Support
Location: São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil
Hybrid position (3x/week)
1. Evaluate (from a business perspective) how the customer’s technical issues affect daily business processes
2. Manage customer expectations in accordance with established SAP processes and procedures
3. Engage the appropriate stakeholders to ensure that critical customer cases are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
4. Assist the customer with a range of queries relating to software download, User ID, license keys
5. Proactively assist customers to navigate the SAP support portal and make the most of SAP support
6. May deliver info-sessions to customers, internal colleagues and SAP partners
7. Involvement in critical customer escalations
8. Possibility to engage with global counterparts on projects and key roles
What you bring:
9. Ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Relations, Computer science, engineering or related area.
10. Fluency in English
11. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
12. Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
13. Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
14. Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers
15. Self-motivated, passionate & dedicated team player

The Customer Interaction Center is a central point of contact for non-technical customer queries ranging from usability of SAP´s Support Portal and escalation of critical issues to the proactive delivery of customer info sessions. In the CIC, you will find yourself in a friendly multinational & multicultural learning environment, on a team who supports each other. Our core team primarily supports customers through a selection of support channels, offering 24*7 support in a follow the sun approach with our additional global department locations: China, Ireland, India and Philippines.
