The Position Location: Montes Claros/MG.
Key responsibilities and duties include: Act as a facilitator within the agile team, ensuring efficient delivery; Be a servant leader, supporting the completion of deliveries; Monitor and assist in resolving impediments and escalate when necessary; Support the agile team in managing their progress through transparent overviews of the backlog and task board; Assist the agile team and other functions in preparing and aligning expectations before and during events; Guide agile teams, suppliers, and customers in Novo Nordisk's agile way of working, including the agile delivery model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS, and Agile Sourcing; Act as a change ambassador to promote a learning culture and agile mindset at Novo Nordisk; Independently resolve impediments within the organization and stakeholders; Lead supplier selection for Agile initiatives in cooperation with the Procurement department and integrate suppliers and customers into agile working methods; Manage the budgeting process for multiple agile teams; Ensure short and long-term capacity and capability planning in collaboration with the People Leader.
Qualifications: Bachelor's and Postgraduate/MBA degree or equivalent in a relevant field; Certified Scrum Master; advanced English; Facilitation skills and knowledge of team dynamics and coaching; Solid experience in creating and fostering a learning culture for multiple agile teams, increasing knowledge, reducing complexity, being innovative, and leading; Advanced knowledge of agile tools/frameworks, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and DevOps; Experience in a SAFe context as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a large and complex organization.
