Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy.
We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

**As a Manpower Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for**:
All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.
These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products.
Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
**Fuel your passion**
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Technical level training or Engineering Degree in in mechanics, mechatronics and electromechanics
- Experience in TMS equipment.
- Experience in Baker Hughes/GE equipment.
- Capability in working under pressure, clear thinking, decisiveness.
Team player skills.
- Ability and willingness to work on Field Services outages 70-80 % of the time - availability to work in on-shore and off-shore sites.
- Knowledge of turbine generators and or compressors equipment.
Strong knowledge on rotating equipment installation/maintenance.
