We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst / Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a key insurance platform.
This role requires a blend of project management skills with a solid technical understanding to ensure smooth delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be fluent in both English and Portuguese, and have a proven track record of managing stakeholders in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of new features and enhancements to the insurance platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements; Analyze and document existing insurance business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation; Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team; Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and key milestones; Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors; Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes, meeting agreed-upon quality standards and timelines.
