Description and Requirements
The Sales Expertise professional will drive services sales by partnering across various teams, including sales, finance, service delivery, and business partners. They will lead all aspects of the sales cycle, define long-term strategies, and utilize Microsoft Dynamics for forecasting and performance tracking.
1. Partner across multiple organizations including, but not limited to, sales; finance; service delivery; customers and business partners and lead all elements of the services sales cycle.
2. Define framework to manage long term strategy & forecasting by effectively and consistently use Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics.
3. Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
Account Engagement:
1. Work within dedicated territory/segment and work in concert with the Client Manager who is the lead person on the account and, if applicable, the Service and Solution Domain Specialist (SSDS).
2. Partner with the Client Manager to develop, implement, and execute an effective account plans and customer engagement strategy to achieve sales goals based in the Service Portfolio SSG.
3. Team with the Client Manager to develop relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers.
4. Display deep understanding of E2E strategic portfolio with main focus on DWS e Software.
5. Ability to understand customers business and IT challenges and position the appropriate Lenovo solutions.
6. Ability to discuss complex solutions, software, Device as a Service (DaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of successful solutions and services sales experience
2. Experience as an IT Services Solutions provider selling multi-year managed services solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Taken a proactive and driven approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
9. Advanced English level.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience selling technology services
2. Experience growing master service agreements and statements of work
3. Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies
4. Trusted advisor for industry-specific insights and thought leadership to customers
