Job Description & Summary: The Contracting Centre of Excellence (CCOE) – Contracting in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) consults and aligns on risk management positions, provides input and information on fully executed and in-negotiation contracts, coordinates with other risk management teams on responses to engagement team inquiries and connects risk management teams with relevant in-house counsel colleagues and subject matter experts.
As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: LLB, or Juris Doctorate or equivalent
Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Contract Specialists working under the direction/supervision of OGC legal counsel and working with PwC business teams, as applicable, will: (a) negotiate contract terms in services contracts with PwC's clients; and (b) collaborate with One Firm Risk Organization (OFRO) risk management and PwC business teams to (1) evaluate contract and related performance risks, (2) educate stakeholders and clients on contract provisions, and (3) redline contracts based on guidelines provided by OGC legal counsel.
