We are currently looking for to increase our team to develop several categories for JoomPro: Pets, Fashion&Beauty Responsibilities Responsible to hold category specific knowledge about customers and their needs, emerging product trends and the market segment evolution such us new business opportunities.
Conducting assortment analysis and finding growing points Identifying closed and underserved niches to generate demand for assortment procurement Evaluating price segments and the completeness of their offerings Working on assortment "exclusives" with purchasing department and develop key merchants Managing product plans Collaborating with the marketing to promote products on the platform, catalogs and promotions Supporting Sales team in order to find the best suppliers, products and deals for our customers Requirements Experience working in retail, B2B, FMCG, preferably eCommerce At least 5 years of category management experience in the marketplace Fluent English Systematic thinking and critical thinking Analytical mindset (ability to analyze Power BI reports, identify trends and dynamics) Proficient in MS Excel, ability to work with large volumes of data (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Strong communication skills (ability to conduct business correspondence, effectively communicate information) Ability to work in a multitasking environment and rapidly changing conditions (quick task switching, time management, and prioritization skills) Customer service and negotiation skills Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration Preferred Knowledge of SQL We are offering Work from our office in São Paulo CLT employment with all benefits according Brazil labour law Flexible working hours and 30 days of paid annual leave Extended health insurance for the employees, their spouses, and children, including dental care coverage 100% paid sick leaves Personal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate library Daily meal allowance Annual team retreats
