As a Senior Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality results.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry.Built strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their standards, protocols, and expectations are met.Organize and coordinate resources to execute successful delivery of Recruiting/Staffing services.Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent communication and service.Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide staffing solutions that meet their needs.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.Minimum 4 years of agency experience selling to technology organizations from start-ups to mid-sized and major accounts.Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment supporting U.S. accounts.Technical knowledge and experience in technical evaluation of client's requirements and candidates' skills.Experience in providing staffing services and preferably having a network in AI, Data Streaming, Cloud Computing, financial services, FinTech, and Auto manufacturing organizations.Extensive networking skills or having an existing network within IT companies in the U.S. (A MUST) and LATAM.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Very strong teamwork, time management, and allocation.Work experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or similar programs.What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
