To support our future dynamic growth we are currently looking for:
**Head of Sales - Brazil**
(location: São Paulo)
**Scope of work**:
- Managing the sales team and supporting their development and professional growth
- Supporting sales team in reaching the targets and monitoring their achievement
- Ensuring high level of customer care in the post-sales process
- Actively researching the markets to identify and accommodate customer needs
- Working with other departments to deliver joint projects
- Coordinating participation in health & beauty trade shows, events and fairs
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales (ideally in SMB segment)
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive and highly motivated about the job
- Strong communication skills both in Portuguese and English
