BHP’s CAD$14 billion (US$10.5 billion) investment in the Jansen project will deliver a potash mine in Saskatchewan designed to maximize sustainability. Jansen is expected to generate approximately 5,500 workforce opportunities during construction and 900 long-term roles.Work LocationThis role will be based at the Jansen Mine Site located in Leroy, SK. The work schedule for this role will be seven days on, seven days off. As this role is not eligible for accommodation in the site camp, the incumbent must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Jansen site. BHP offers domestic relocation assistance to support the successful incumbent in transitioning, if required.PurposeThis role is responsible for executing planned and unplanned maintenance activities within the hoisting, shafts, and underground mining environment.
