American Window Film is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department with a variety of administrative tasks. This role will assist with employee records management and filing, onboarding processes, auditing, and various day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow within the field of HR. This position is key to supporting our HR team in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including background checks, pre-employment paperwork, and first-day schedules.
* Ensure completion of all pre-employment documents and compliance requirements.
* Maintain and update employee files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Track and upload various types of employee reports, records, and compliance documents.
* Manage filing systems related to employee documentation.
* Assist with payroll processing tasks, such as adding perk reimbursements to employee paychecks.
* Track and manage employee perks, including collecting receipts and maintaining records.
* Support benefits administration and enrollment processes.
* Perform system audits in HR platforms to ensure accuracy in employee data, reporting structures, and job titles.
* Provide support in resolving any troubleshooting or technical issues that may arise within our HRIS system.
* Design and develop engaging employee presentation slides to be showcased across all offices as part of the AWF Community initiative.
* Prepare reports and assist in updating the organizational chart as needed.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
* Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
* Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Stay updated on HR best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Perform additional HR-related tasks as needed to support the department’s goals and the organization’s needs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable learning new HR software.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
