Diabetes is one of the key areas of focus for Eli Lilly now and in the future. The position is work with a key brand of the current portfolio. Brand Manager for Diabetes, reporting directly to the Marketing Associate Director.
Responsibilities:
KOL Engagement
Brand Plans/Customer Plans Development
Forecasting
Launch Preparation
Launch Readiness Assessment
Sales Force Engagement and Sales Force Training,
Conduct/Evaluate Market Research and Advisory Boards
TL Engagement, Operational Plan, Action plans, Marketing Solutions Development, Pricing Business Cases
Create solutions to meet customer needs such as meetings, materials, dialogue models.
Corporate presentations (English required, Spanish desired)
Leadership Skills (will have associates and interns as direct reports)
Strategic Thinking
Pro-active/Initiative
Can do/will do mindset
Communication Skills
Cross Functional Work with Sales Team
Required Knowledges:
Completed higher education;
Fluent English;
Desirable post graduation, MBA or Master degree;
Marketing experience, especially in Diabetes portfolio.
Advanced Excel
