**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We're looking for an experienced product manager to help lead and build out our core features and drive integrations both with partners and our internal apps.
You will be the product owner of a cross-functional team delivering enhancements across web and mobile, collaborating with highly skilled, motivated designers and developers.
You are organized, positive, creative, analytical, and focused on the customer at all times.
You know when to make decisions and when to ask questions.
Above all, you love to build great software.
This is an execution-focused role: You will help drive the roadmap and get your hands dirty the entire way.
This role reports to the manager of product management in San Francisco.
**THE VALUE YOU DELIVER**
- Evaluate and prioritize architectural enhancements and new feature ideas.
You know how to think critically and make tough choices.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, support, and other teams across the company to plan, develop, and launch the right enhancements - then iterate.
- Keep an eye on the big picture while focusing your team on the steps to get there, with effective, clear user stories and a deep backlog.
- Know our customers and represent them in every conversation, every decision you make.
- Watch the data: develop key metrics and a plan to achieve them, analyze, assess, adjust, repeat.
- Work closely with marketing, support, analysts, and other delivery teams to understand needs across the business and incorporate them into your product decisions.
- Recommend improvements large and small based on ongoing customer research, feedback, performance, and competitive analysis.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, translating business objectives into clear strategies and initiatives.
- Outstanding experience as a product manager or equivalent.
A talent for engaging and collaborating with engineering.
We don't expect you to have a CS degree, but you must be able to speak the language of developers.
- Ability to write clear, concise specs and user stories.
We like documentation.
Just enough of it.
- Willingness to work on both user-facing features and behind-the-scenes platform enhancements — maybe even at the same time.
- A passion for user experience, with strong instincts around UI and design.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
You'll own your projects from end to end.
- Remarkable leadership and communication skills.
You should be comfortable representing your team and championing your projects across the organization and in front of senior leadership, partners, and customers.
- Willingness to work directly with remote teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
