Our community continues to grow and we want you to be part of it!We are looking for a Technical Lead with .Net background to join our development team in the Energy Industry project.The TL is responsible for:Learn and apply the technologies used in the project.Participate in client meetings, attending conference calls and exchanging emails.Propose improvements to the client environment to optimize project objectives.Develop new features and maintain existing code.Perform code reviews, ensuring quality and best practices.Write and update technical project documentation.Create, maintain, and optimize stored procedures.Work within agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.Guide the team and delegate tasks effectively.Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development.Refine and estimate user stories, collaborating with the team in planning.Mentor and provide technical support to the development team.Identify and remove technical roadblocks that hinder the team's progress and performance.Report task progress and other key development aspects to the team’s Project Manager, including risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.We value people with our core soft skills:Effective communication, emotional intelligence and collaboration.Flexibility and adaptability.Problem solving.Critical thinking.Ownership leadership and proactive management.Time management and planning.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of professional coding experience with C#, WebForms, Entity Framework, and Lambdas developments with .Net Framework.Experience managing project deliverables, scope & expectations and coordinating project progress with upper management and executives.Excited about building clean deployable code in a results-focused environment.Demonstrated experience in driving agile software development between software and QA teams.Knowledge and experience analyzing and manipulating big data using tools such as SQL and Oracle.Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant materials.Technical knowledge with a focus on git and git flows.Experience with Unit Testing (desirable).Experience with Angular (desirable).Experience with LinQ.Experience with Cursor (desirable).
