The position requires providing in-depth knowledge of the Gridstream product and working across departments including Development, Engineering, SQA, Product Management, and Project Management. The Business Integration Analyst is responsible for collecting business requirements and configurations from the customer’s business teams and configuring the product.Key Responsibilities:Provide integration consulting and business process definition.Hands-on experience with the product to support customer requirements and perform data analysis.Have a good understanding of the underlying product data models and the ability to analyze large data sets.Ensure project documentation is current and work with Solution architects to document all project customizations for hand-off.Work closely with Implementation and Project managers to define and meet data Service Level Agreements (SLA) during project planning and hand-off stages.Support testing and validating various integration interfaces within the customer's integration landscape.Assist the Quality Assurance team in validating test cases and supporting System validation.Participate in response teams for root cause analysis of system problems identified during deployment.Act as a liaison with other business units within Landis+Gyr as needed to resolve and follow through on issues/defects.What do we expect of you:Education and Experience (include required Certifications, if any):Bachelors Degree in a job-related discipline required.Utility experience highly preferred.Background in software quality testing desired.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong analytical skills; able to complete methodical root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.Highly adaptable in a dynamic work environment.Experience with Oracle database and good SQL skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, able to work under stressful conditions.Demonstrate customer focus with proven ability to resolve customer issues appropriately.Strong customer communication and service skills.Excellent team player; self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.Ability to plan and maintain schedules.Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solving problems and obtaining solutions.Ability to travel approximately 50%.Attention: Only resumes in English will be considered.We're committed to shaping a better future for everyone. #EnergizeYourCareer and join us on our journey towards a greener tomorrow.
