Requisitos:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (Postgraduate in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Projects is a plus);
•Considerable experience in Maintenance Management roles;
•Experience in change management and driving performance improvements;
•Knowledge of Lean, WCM, and Industry 4.0 tools;
•Proficiency in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment;
•Knowledge of safety, environmental legislation, and Volvo Group values.
Atividades:
•Lead the Maintenance Engineering team and drive team development;
•Ensure machinery and assembly line functionality using Professional Maintenance (PM) methodologies;
•Optimize spare parts and equipment systems to meet plant needs;
•Actively engage in global maintenance networks and align with global strategies;
•Manage Maintenance KPIs and ensure alignment with plant priorities;
•Develop maintenance plans and implement best practices;
•Oversee preventive maintenance with a focus on Early Equipment Management (EEM);
•Support Manufacturing Engineering with technical solutions for new projects;
•Lead problem-solving initiatives and promote continuous improvement;
•Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
