As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us expand our client base by identifying and engaging with potential customers. If you’re someone who enjoys reaching out, starting conversations, and uncovering opportunities, this role is for you. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-driven individual ready to be a key player in our sales team. Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and reach out via various lead generation channels. Qualify new sales leads by analyzing prospects and our client portfolio. Share insights with sales and marketing to support continuous improvement. Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions to address specific challenges. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks. Requirements: Previous experience as an SDR or in sales roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Word. Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
