At Bring IT Latam, we empower businesses by providing top-quality consulting services and solutions. We are looking for a data-savvy, solutions-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aggregating financial data from structured datasets and creating comprehensive dashboards. This role will support our General Manager in making data-driven decisions regarding supply, demand, capacity forecasting, and overall business visibility. Additionally, the Business Analyst will automate workflows and processes in the Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Automate.
1. Data Integration & Analysis
1. Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data from structured databases via csv or excel.
2. Combine various data sources (including manually captured data), using Microsoft Power Query and Excel to create meaningful, actionable reports and visualizations.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand current and future business needs.
2. Dashboard Creation & Management
1. Develop intuitive, real-time dashboards for the General Manager and executive team to monitor business health.
2. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure supply (consultant availability) vs. demand (sales pipeline and project requirements).
3. Monitor and report on variance between forecasted capacity and actual utilization.
3. Forecasting & Capacity Planning
1. Collaborate with the Sales team, Operations and Finance to align consultant availability with upcoming project demands.
2. Create forecasting models to anticipate staffing needs, project delays, and resource constraints.
3. Recommend strategies to optimize resource utilization and address potential capacity shortfalls to meet financial targets.
4. Process Automation
1. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline data flows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint.
2. Design, build, and maintain automation solutions that enhance the efficiency and reliability of data management and reporting.
5. Documentation & Training
1. Document existing and new processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency in data handling.
2. Train end-users and stakeholders on newly implemented dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
3. Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of tools and processes.
6. Continuous Improvement
1. Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing tools, processes, and reporting structures.
2. Propose and implement enhancements based on best practices, industry standards, and evolving business needs.
3. Stay current on relevant software, technologies, and trends in data analytics and automation.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role, preferably in consulting, professional services, or IT industries.
• Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Tools, such as SharePoint, Lists, OneDrive and Teams. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, etc.) and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Analytical & Communication Skills
Proven ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across diverse teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.).
