1. Experience in mega scale buildings and infrastructure projects.
2. Excellent knowledge and experience in the procurement methodologies for consultancy and construction contracts.
3. Provide the required technical support, assistance, and advice on all aspects of quantity surveying activities covering preparing feasibility studies and early-stage budgets, preparation of Bills of Quantities, tenders’ technical & commercial evaluation, measurements, certification of payments, etc.
4. Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
5. Monitor all the cost and contractual aspects of a Tender and report to the management.
6. Provide analytical support to the management team.
7. Claim management skills, including measuring, assessing, and valuing variations.
8. Review and assessment of claims.
9. Ensuring construction contracts and professional services agreements are well prepared, and then, administered appropriately.
10. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
