Job Purpose and Impact
The FP&A Planning & Reporting Analyst will provide a consistent financial planning and analysis experience that integrates planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, conducts continuous process improvements and supports decision making by the business group or function.
In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to help ensure effective business results and provide routine support to the defined business or function.
Key Accountabilities
Provide timely, accurate and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the assigned business group or function to help enhance decision making.
Develop strong and collaborative partnerships with peers in cross functional financial teams to accomplish the finance strategy and strategic goals of the business or function, implementing effective and efficient tools, models and reporting to provide insights and ensure accuracy and transparency.
Implement process improvements related to data and technology to support standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Collaborate to identify key financial risks, execute the monetization of integrated business planning, forecasting and operating review for the business group or function.
Develop ad hoc analysis and moderately complex modelling including cost of services and associated trends, both financial and nonfinancial, to enable decision making and or evaluate key performance indicators.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Related work experience
Fluent/Advanced English
Experience with the use of spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
Experience leveraging financial and business systems to follow up business activities and help in decision making
