**Atividades**:
- Support internal and external customers related to Customer Care & Order Management in LA;
- Develop efficient process and continuous improvement through KPIs management;
- Assure Customer Uptime;
- Develop and implement order desk training materials and execute classes to the Dealer Net;
- Coordinate handoff activities to Parts Technical group for additional support in rapid resolution of back order issues as well as activities with SML to ensure optimal customer service levels;
- Provide Technical Solutions and alternatives to resolve backorders for customers;
- Coordinate communications processes with Global and Regional warehouses, carriers, and brokers to provide shipment tracking information;
- Map logistics channels across regions for improved back order recovery times;
- Maintain an advanced knowledge of present and future parts order systems in the Volvo network, engage with new technologies to enhance dealer communications;
- Manage Direct shipments Orders for undercarriage, VTS and lubricants Implement New Projects and New Logistics Setup in general;
- Management and compliance controls, export, processes & procedures of VCE and SDLG Spare Parts, looking out countries with government restrictions in LA;
- Manage and evaluate Volvo and SDLG Logistics Services - Europe, USA, Korea, China and Brazil as customer and managing order management team to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
