The Trade Development Manager - Key Account Coordinator (KAC) has the role of developing the regional and national accounts of the Convenience Store channel with greater relevance within its geographic area.
It works together with bottlers and customers to identify development opportunities.
Drive Go to Market channel plans, covering field marketing execution and trade marketing activities.
Deploy Monster priorities, KPIs, and resource allocations.
Essential Job Functions The KAC will manage relationships with the bottler's account managers and negotiate with the customer for share growth, having a work schedule in line with the A curve of the channel.Negotiate and implement C-store business plans with Coca-Cola customers and bottlers.
Develop commercial business plans for growth of key account KPIs: Share, SOVI, Volume, Coolers, Price Compliance, IPS, VPO.Visit stores to monitor the correct execution of the market: FDS and follow-up of the client's business plan.Monitor sales reports of customers and products (Nielsen and Power BI), executing sales strategy plans for share growth in order to identify opportunities for business growth.Conduct training with information about the brand, exposure, and consumption opportunities with the team of Coca-Cola bottlers and the team of consultants from C-store.Develop sales incentive campaigns, focusing on SOVI growth, coverage, and development of the Monster portfolio with bottlers KO and customers.Act constantly to have excellence in execution: Identifying market share opportunities from the competition and needs for merchandising materials and equipment to leverage the channel's sales volume.Position Requirements Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration or related field.Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in sales.Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment.Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
