Now Matching: Customer Success Specialist to join our awesome team and care about our customers, using your creative potential and personal approach to establish and support long-term win-win relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Support daily communication with our customers via phone, chat, email, and the Awesomic app.
2. Work with CS metrics to analyze data and improve customer experience.
3. Establish clear retention goals and milestones to work towards.
4. Minimize customer churn.
5. Work closely with our Designers and Community Managers.
6. Conduct customer development interviews to gather valuable feedback for our Product Team and transform it into actionable steps.
7. Help process billing requests.
8. Encourage upsells and cross-sells.
9. Assist in customer onboarding and training.
10. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
11. Document customer interactions and follow up with customers.
12. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements:
1. Available to work in the Pacific timezone.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
3. Problem solver with the ability to work independently.
4. Self-driven, curious, and proactive nature.
5. Ability to think and type fast, keeping calm and acting logically when quick reactions are needed.
6. Empathetic with strong listening skills.
7. Great communicator with fluent English.
8. Responsible, well-organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
9. Friendly, open-minded, and a born troubleshooter.
10. Proven experience with Hubspot and Intercom, and willingness to explore new tools.
