We are seeking for aTalent Acquisition Jr./Ssr. with experience in recruiting and selecting digital or marketing profiles to join our team.
This position requires a proactive profile with strong communication skills and a strong focus on talent attraction.
What you will do? Manage the full Talent Acquisition process (end to end)
Gather profile requirements with hiring managers and define talent attraction strategies.
Post job vacancies on various platforms and implement hunting and sourcing strategies.
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Support the onboarding process and follow up on new hires.What you will need? Advanced student or graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.
At least 1 year of previous experience in similar recruitment and selection roles.
Knowledge of digital or marketing profiles.
Advanced/bilingual English (mandatory).
Experience in talent hunting and sourcing.
Ability to work in an organized.
