Responsibilities:
1. Providing the necessary technical support in matters relating to total remuneration (fixed and variable).
2. Ensuring that research is carried out into market trends in the area of Remuneration and Benefits.
3. Carrying out activities related to adequate operational support for the Brazilian fleet, ensuring that customers have the correct level of support through the services offered to Helibras/Airbus customers in Brazil.
4. Preparing and/or monitoring the preparation of the PGR (Risk Management Program) and PCMSO (Medical Control and Occupational Health Program), analyzing causes of risks or existence of unfavorable environments and making suggestions.
5. Identifying material needs across the company’s various business lines and supplying them according to internal requirements and established supply parameters, ensuring that each material need is addressed within the established timeframe.
6. Supporting the development of aircraft design modifications in the design and dimensioning of parts and assemblies, performing structural integrity analysis of metallic and non-metallic parts to demonstrate compliance with applicable certification.
7. Keeping records of the tax documents of the establishments of the companies in the group, with full analysis of the operations carried out to guarantee the best framework for the operation.
8. Acting as a point of reference for the compliance of Purchasing processes, guiding and answering questions from the departments staff; describing and classifying goods for tax purposes.
9. Providing technical support to customers of the various Helibras/Airbus Helicopters aircraft models, mainly the Super Puma family, in their segment of operation in Brazil, receiving and answering questions from customers (mechanics, pilots).
10. Being the customer relationship point of contact for the regional CCs, acting as an intermediary and ensuring that the customers’ needs are addressed and dealt with from end to end.
