The HR Recruiter is responsible for delivering facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
**What You Will Do**:
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Utilized Company policies and processes to recruit and hire for assigned roles.
Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
**What You Will Need**:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field required. Master’s degree is a plus.
At least five years of more years recruiting in a global company, high growth and results oriented organization.
Preferable experience in Offshore Industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exceptional coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to meet deadlines simultaneously.
High self-motivation and ability to work in a fast paced, results focused, collaborative environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English
Advanced Spanish
Strong PC skills.
Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
**Reporting Relationships**:
The incumbent reports to a Manager, Director or Executive level position. This position does not have any direct reports.
