IT-Operation and Maintenance Engineering Analyst (Desktop)
Responsibilities:
1. International IT Support: Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues of desktop systems, including computers, laptops, Mac computers, and other devices.
2. Peripheral Maintenance: Maintain peripheral devices such as printers and scanners to ensure their proper functioning.
3. Meeting Support: Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms to support the smooth conduct of international meetings.
4. English Service: Provide English desktop service support to meet the special needs of international business departments.
5. System Optimization and Upgrade: Conduct system performance analysis and optimization based on business requirements, and regularly upgrade system software and hardware.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in desktop operations, with multinational IT support experience preferred.
3. Language Skills: Proficient in English reading and writing, and able to communicate fluently in English.
4. Technical Skills: Familiar with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS, and proficient in common office software and network technologies.
5. Service Orientation: Possess a strong service orientation and team spirit, with the ability to patiently and meticulously solve user issues.
6. Stress Resistance: Have strong stress resistance capabilities to maintain efficiency and stability in a fast-paced work environment.
