About the Role
The ABI Growth Group Area is seeking a talented and experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in the scalability and expansion of features across all countries and clients of our backend activation product. You will have the opportunity to ensure the quality of end-to-end delivery, working closely with our clients and internal teams responsible for the functioning of the feature.
What you ll do
Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product following best development practices to achieve continuous improvement;
Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release processes improvement;
Technical development and implementation of the BEES Marketplace expansion to multiple countries
Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience and increase engagement
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the platform remains competitive
What you ll need
University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;
Experience with backend with strong skills in Java;
Experience with RESTful services and micro-services;
Advanced knowledge with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC) or similar;
Advanced knowledge in with design patterns and development best practices;
Advanced knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, etc.;
Experience with Agile projects.
Experience with Databases (Mongo or similar);
Experience with development tools and process (GIT, Maven, Gradle);
Desirable Python experience.
Desirable with Queues (RabbitMQ or Kafka);
Desirable with security protocols (JWT, OAUTH, etc.);
Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
Desirable communication skills in Spanish (listen and spoken).
