**Responsibilities as an IC will include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- Lead assigned data integration projects from initial contact to project close and transition to support according to SAP Concur project methodology.
- Manage customer’s expectations (internal and external) with regards to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization.
- Utilize technical skills to support customer’s testing efforts and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation and posting issues.
- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget and committed project deadlines.
- Build relationships with SAP Concur’s 3rd party partners to ensure seamless and successful integrations.
- Work on support cases from the data integration queue through to resolution and/or escalation to R&D.
- Maintain knowledge of 3rd party tools (e.g. Kibana, etc).
- Consistently communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable).
- Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur’s functional and technical product knowledge, implementation practices and methodologies.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies (e.g. data security, compliance, audit, etc).
**Qualifications**
Education, Experience & Training required:
- Previous experience with technical project management, technical support, consulting and/or software implementation experience
- Basic programming knowledge and SQL skills is desirable
- Experience with technical file manipulation (e.g. txt, csv, xls and xlsx files) is desirable
- Experience with XML and/or API (web services) is desirable
- Experience with Financial Systems (e.g. ERP) is desirable
