The System Integration Project Coordinator is responsible for giving support to the Project Manager in order to successfully deliver the implementation and support projects.
Responsible for:
* Create POs in client's procurement systems iProcurement and follow up until items are properly delivered.
* Participate in PMO activities and initiatives.
* Provide support to the Project Manager in tasks like:
* Update and follow up the status of projects purchase orders.
* Submit the form to change payment terms for invoices requested.
* Analyze the status of open NP’s in Iproc vs AP’s notifications about the RC pending to create.
General Skills:
* Fair oral and written skills in English are required.
* Pre-grade graduate or advanced student. (Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or similar careers is a plus).
* Interest in Project Management and Telecommunications industry.
* Understanding of Project Finances.
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google suite.
