Job Purpose and Impact
The Regional and Enterprise Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead will provide advanced knowledge and thought leadership to assist in the development and operationalization of regional and enterprise initiatives and actions that position the LATAM Region and enterprise to meet the goals and ambitions defined by the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. In this role, you will provide expert knowledge of the external landscape to diagnose and identify persistent, systemic opportunities and influence actions to support diversity, equity and inclusion solutions and strategies. You will partner with related human resources functions and stakeholders to facilitate processes, share ideas with the business and assist to tailor and execute solutions to meet business needs. Key Accountabilities
Provide advanced knowledge and thought leadership to influence and operationalize the global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy within the region or enterprise
Develop regional and enterprise programs to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion within the region or enterprise to support the global strategy.
Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders on diversity, equity and inclusion to create impact in the region or enterprise.
Build diversity, equity and inclusion infrastructure in the region or enterprise through role modeling and expertise and provide strategic and tactical guidance and role clarity to the regional diversity council.
Act as the voice of the diversity, equity and inclusion center of expertise to the region or enterprise and represent them within the center.
Maintain a strong awareness of global issues and be an expert on regional trends related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience driving and operationalizing initiatives and influencing key stakeholders across a region and in the business
Solid HR work experience
Working knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion
Knowledge of regional political, social, and economic factors impacting diversity, equity and inclusion
Knowledge of regional government requirements related to diversity, equity and inclusion
Fluent English
Preferred Qualification
Experience working in large organizations
Advanced Portuguese and Spanish
