* Forge strategic alliances between business units and HR to align objectives and achieve business outcomes.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Monitor engagement and address issues that may impact workplace morale and productivity.
* Build and maintain trusting relationships across all organizational levels.
* Collaborate with HR team members to address organizational challenges and deliver solutions.
* Analyze workforce data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend improvements in areas like engagement.
* Transition seamlessly between high-level strategy development and tactical execution.
* Ensure legal compliance in associates management, mitigating risks and partnering with Legal, as necessary.
* Address complex employee relations issues through effective investigation, documentation, and resolution.
* Provide HR guidance to management on performance management, learning and development, and policy matters.
* Support performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
* Assist in voluntary and involuntary termination processes and conduct exit interviews to identify and address internal issues.
* Partner with leadership to career progression plans and growth strategies.
Perfil desejável
Required Skills and Competencies:
* Proven experience in resolving complex associates' relations issues.
* Proficiency in multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational development, L&D, diversity, benefits, recruiting, and employment laws.
* Strong knowledge of labor legislation, advanced people management strategies, and change management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and systemic thinking skills.
* Business acumen and ability to adapt flexibly to organizational needs.
* Experience in multinational companies is desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
