Front Desk Lead
* Responsible for communicating the different Tours & Travel products and services during the check in process.
* Ensure all guests are aware of the different spaces in Selina (common kitchen, F&B, cinema room, library, cafe/club, Retail Shop, Tours & Travel desk, Wellness Deck, Surf Ranch - when relevant).
* Responsible for selling all Tours & Travel products (Retail, Tours and Transportation, Rentals, Wellness, Surf and Education).
* Responsible for recording Tours & travel sales in systems, Rezdy and Winks.
* Support guests with any questions/concerns regarding T&T products.
* Manage receptionists' tasks on the night shift.
* Process all guest check-ins and early check-outs.
* Review receptionists’ reports.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception.
* Prepare accounting reports as required.
* Complete the logbook.
* Check all the Complete Registration Cards to ensure all IDs and personal information of arriving guests are collected.
* Perform adjustments and corrections and rectify all PMS problems that occur during the night shift.
* Verify that all registered guests have the payment applied correctly in the PMS.
* Prepare the end of day procedure.
* Ensure all arrivals for the following day are already assigned.
* Prepare all Registration Cards, Selina Bracelets, and keys for the arrivals of the next day.
* Check all accounts of guests who check out the next day.
* Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift and ensure all floats balance correctly at the end of the shift.
* Ensure standards of customer service.
* Maintain good conditions of reception equipment.
* Must be able to perform the full night audit if needed.
* Act as manager on duty for the hostel in the absence of the Management Team, dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests, and any other issues that may arise.
* Coordinate the security team during events or parties.
* Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Requirements for the Role
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* More than 2 years of experience as a team leader.
* Experience in hotel housekeeping.
