Job Title: LATAM Quality & Compliance Manager, ANHCity: São Paulo, SP (JK Office)Work Model: HybridClevel: C42As a LATAM Quality & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the ANH Quality Management System and Standards across the region, ensuring quality excellence across the entire supply chain including manufacturing and commercial activities. Your responsibilities will span 12 production sites, warehouses, third party manufacturers and commercial offices for premix and additives.You will provide the necessary infrastructure and resources to ensure regulatory compliance, safeguard the right to operate, and support regional business objectives. Leading a team of 8 direct and approximately 15 indirect reports, you will play a key role in strengthening a quality-driven culture—enhancing compliance, supporting sustainable animal health and performance, and leveraging analytical services to optimize feed efficiency.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilitiesMember of the ANH global Quality & Compliance Leadership team, supporting definition of ANH Global Quality strategy, Global Annual quality plan and targets.Ensures Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and ANH requirements in the region, supporting Local Quality, Formulation and Regulatory functions.Plan, execute and maintain quality systems.Regional Business owner for Quality processes and tools to ensure alignment to the Global Standards in the region, continual improvement and support to the Sites as needed.Supports sites to maintain quality certifications as needed. Responsible for Regional or Country specific Quality management and certifications when applicable.Collaborates with regional QC laboratories to align on harmonized analytical methods consistent customer support.Oversights and supports the Supplier Quality Management process including definition of specifications, qualification, monitoring and performance review.You BringAgribusiness, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Feed/Food Technology or equivalent degree (Master) or a combination of education and proven experience.Intimate knowledge and experience of Quality Systems or tools (e.g. ERP systems, LIMs, TrackWise).Knowledge on applicable regulations and market requirements e.g. FSMA, EU Feed Hygiene Regulation, FAMIQs certification requirements.
