You will be involved in major contributions to the strategic plan of higher unit for future developments and consequences for the business unit. You'll play a vital role to ensure flawless execution of our portfolio by ensuring our services are delivered on-time, first time and everywhere. The position drive consistency and execution excellence, while maximizing the revenue, cost and cash collection.
As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Providing technical guidance, planning and work direction to service delivery people
· Communicating and presenting technical information confidently and efficiently to senior business leaders and other stakeholders.
· Drive Continuous Improvement by: Identify any gaps in local capabilities and develop improvement plans to ensure compliance; Field incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions and closure; Monitor KPI to evaluate effectiveness of operational activity; Action any deviation from KPI targets to drive continuous improvement
· Managing complex project processes and 'connecting all the dots' to define the best approach for varied customer needs
· Developing and integrating processes, short and long-term planning and creating customer solutions to contribute to business strategy and growth.
· Ensure all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering and relevant work experience in Wireline.
· In-depth knowledge of Wireline oilfield products & services, field service and technical advising
· Strong field experience in the segments of OH & CH
· Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
· Fluency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish
