BRP is looking for a Web Platform operator to join our Web team.
In this role, you'll work within a fast-paced, multibrand, and international ecosystem, collaborating closely with digital marketing strategists (representatives from different brands and regions), and various internal web specialists (developers, UX/UI designers, SEO experts) to ensure high-quality content execution across multiple digital platforms.
You will be responsible for managing and publishing web content within our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), creating and updating key pages, and ensuring consistency across multiple brand websites in various locales.
Additionally, you'll need to anticipate and prepare for two major Model Year Update cycles, adapting to increased workloads during these peak periods.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Web Content Management & Execution:Develop an understanding of platform limitations and proactively propose solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality.
Publish and update content across multiple brand websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
Maintain consistency across various locales, adapting content where necessary for international markets.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:Coordinate content priorities with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with brands and regions marketing strategists to implement content updates.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, SEO specialists to enhance the user experience.
Web Optimization & Accessibility:Ensure compliance with Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) to provide an inclusive user experience.
Optimize content for SEO performance, working in tandem with SEO specialists.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency within the CMS environment.
Model Year Update Planning & Execution:Prepare for two peak periods per year tied to Model Year Updates, ensuring readiness for high-volume content updates.
Act as a key player during UAT (User acceptance testing).
Adapt to increased workloads during these cycles while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Support content migration and large-scale updates in collaboration with internal teams.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Required Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
3+ years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requests simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
Preferred Skills:Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
Experience working in a multinational, multibrand environment with multiple locales.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with seasonal workload fluctuations.
Understanding of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and best practices (a plus).
Soft Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills, especially during high-intensity work periods.
