Land Analyst
The Land Analyst supports business continuity and new businesses, executing land regulations and related activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze the land tenure situation of the company's properties based on available documentation and/or negotiation history
- Analyze, together with the internal and external team, the land regularization processes, identifying and organizing the necessary documentation for each phase of the process
- Analyze projects and technical parts
- Analyze land tenure aspects in the conception of new businesses so that they meet the requirements of our customers and partners
- Interact with institutions, agencies, autarchies and other agents, at the municipal, state and federal levels, linked to the land regularization processes of the company's properties
- Analyze and support the team in the necessary activities within the scope of georeferencing rural properties at all stages of the processes
Educational Requirements
