**Hybrid**:Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE-THU)
**Role**:
Responsible for supporting the management of the pension fund assets for General Motors employees in Brazil, conducting financial analyses, monitoring investment performance, and contributing to the formulation of asset allocation strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of reports and presentations related to the plan's investments.
- Participation and the preparation of minutes for institutional meetings.
- Monitoring the economic scenarios.
- Conducting regular meetings with fund managers.
- Participation in the selection process of managers and in defining the investment policy of the plan.
- Execution of projects related to investment management of the plan.
- Control and execution of financial transactions.
- Management of the administrative budget for the plan.
- Monitoring costs associated to investments.
- Ensuring compliance with the investment policy of the plan.
- Control and monitoring of legal obligations.
- Calculation and validation of investment profile quotas.
- Support for audit activities.
- Management of contracts with service providers.

**Additional Job Description**:
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related areas.
- Previous experience in investment analysis, preferably in pension funds or financial institutions.
- Solid knowledge of investments, with professional certification (CFP, CEA, CPA-20, or similar).
- Familiarity with Brazilian pension fund regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and analytical software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proactivity and the ability to work in a team.
