The Senior Business Analysis Manager operates as a member of the Earthmoving decision-making team, plays a critical role in the development and financial analysis of Earthmoving sourcing and product costing strategies.
This position manages a team of staff members to provide guidance on complex business issues.
JOB DUTIES: Incumbent manages a team of management staff and interfaces with cross-functional disciplines inside and outside the division.
Provides a strategic focus and leads initiatives on complex financial, product and/or sourcing issues.
Primary responsibilities of the Senior Business Analysis Manager are divided into three areas:
**Managing People**
Manages a team of management personnel and their related workload.
Sets expectations and prioritizes work and projects.
Analyzes staff-provided data for decision making at a summary level
Provides technical guidance and expertise
**Managing Expectations**
Communicates effectively within the team and with internal and external customers and data providers, including presentations to all levels of management
Serves as liaison between customer, team and data providers and manages customer relationships
**Managing and Performing Complex Staff Work**
Provides technical guidance and expertise on business issues of global impact and/or high complexity such as financial reporting requirements for business units, parent company inventory, sourcing studies, cost management; product costing; working with customers and Global IT to establish financial system priorities, and providing customer requirements analysis
Leads initiatives and makes decisions outside team to represent the group ( e.g.
process improvements, new business requirements)
Provides creative solutions that challenge traditional methods and processes
**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:College degree in accounting.
CRC Class Organ required.
**Experience**:7-10 years of progressively responsible job-related experience.
**Language**:Pre Advanced English
**Behavioral skills**:High initiative, leadership, good judgement, and superior communication skills.
Strong analytical, process improvement and human relations skills.
**Desirable Qualifications**
Strong cost accounting and discounted cash flow experience
