The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator with all Brand Marketing projects to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This role involves creating, developing, and delivering Brand Marketing ideas and activities. The ideal candidates will create concepts and marketing materials, manage projects, and ensure company messages are consistent and aligned to the overall Brand Strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement Brand Marketing elements for events and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing strategy objectives and sales forecasts.
2. Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing strategies, including public relations campaigns, event planning, online marketing strategies, or others based on company needs.
3. Develop strong relationships with Management and Regional Teams to support the delivery of the Brand message.
4. Plan and create social media, digital, and print campaign plans for the brand for sign-off by the Brand Marketing Manager.
5. Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns.
6. Plan and organize promotional presentations.
7. Coordinate advertising campaigns with advertising agencies or in-house marketing teams.
8. Create marketing plans, including developing budgets and identifying target markets.
9. Create brochures, flyers, advertisements, catalogues, or other printed materials used in marketing campaigns.
10. Assist where possible with projects.
11. Oversee Brand Marketing assistants on daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the Brand Marketing department's activities.
12. Branding roll out (containers, taxi ranks, billboards, radio, newspaper etc.)
13. Support Senior Marketing Team in organizing various projects.
14. Assist, support and advise Regions on all aspects of Brand Marketing.
15. Brief graphic designer and web developer on all campaign content to be designed/photographed.
16. Research market trends and competitor activities within the industry to identify opportunities for growth.
17. Plan, schedule and collaborate with the marketing team on photo shoots for maximum impact and benefit.
18. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing reports.
19. Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
20. Support regional marketing teams with major campaigns.
21. Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
22. Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
23. Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
24. Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
25. Provide support to the marketing department.
26. Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
27. Create thought leadership materials.
28. Research media coverage and industry trends.
29. Develop fresh story ideas.
30. Conduct extensive media outreach.
31. Improve communication efficiencies within the company.
32. Additional duties:
33. Informal product and lifestyle photography when required.
34. Assist the Marketing Manager on additional brands when required.
35. Any ad-Hoc / additional tasks and roles, as and when needed/requested by management.
