Here, you will play a key role in building relationships with our North American clients, focusing on new business opportunities in the verticals of International Pix, Pix Roaming, and other PagBrasil products.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building and strengthening a strategic network of contacts with clients and partners across all English-speaking North American countries with identified potential.
If you're looking for a collaborative, challenging environment that values your growth, this is your chance! #BePagBrasil Main responsibilitiesLead prospecting and marketing strategies with New Business and Marketing teams for International Pix and Pix Roaming opportunities in the designated region.Build and strengthen a strategic network of clients and partners in potential markets.Manage pre-qualified inbound and outbound international leads.Conduct remote and in-person meetings with prospects and partners to present PagBrasil's solutions.Plan and execute business trips to accelerate negotiations and build strong relationships.Represent PagBrasil at industry events to promote International Pix/Pix Roaming.Gain deep knowledge of key solutions' technical and financial processes.Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, legal guidelines, and corporate governance.Stay updated on competitors' solutions and strategies.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions aligned with company goals.Oversee client onboarding and testing in collaboration with support and operations teams.Track sales funnel progress, logging interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.Lead and contribute to strategic meetings, offering market insights and shaping the company's roadmap.Handle contract renegotiations, risk management, and crisis resolution for International Pix/Pix Roaming clients.Manage the International Pix and Roaming sales funnel focusing on retention and business co-development.Create tailored proposals and high-value contracts while ensuring compliance. Requirements and skillsAs Requirements, You Must Have: Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written);Fluent English (spoken and written);Flexibility to travel frequently (commercial tour, events);Inside sales, cold calling, and negotiation techniques;Completed Higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, International Relations, or related areas;Experience in B2B consultive sales;Microsoft Office advanced knowledge;It will be a differential if you have: Postgraduate – ongoing or complete;Experience as Account Manager, Customer Success, Business Development or related areas.Experience in the payment market or financial solutions;Experience in B2B sales in the technology market;Knowledge of the Brazilian financial system, regulatory, and payments ecosystem.Knowledge of the North American financial system, regulatory, and payments ecosystem.
