Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines, and control plans ensuring the quality and reliability of manufactured products.
2. Recruit, develop, and lead staff to accomplish personal and organizational goals, adhere to policies/procedures, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Communicate adherence to client requirements, product or service specifications, and ensure their expectations are met to achieve high customer satisfaction rates.
4. Manage processes to achieve compliance for internal quality audits and coordinate external on-site audits; analyze all product development and manufacturing procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
5. Drive change based on data, reviewing reports with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve quality issues.
Skill Descriptors:
1. Tactical and Strategic Planning: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
2. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
3. Quality Expertise and Risk Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, techniques, and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization, quality controls, culture, and review of risks to the quality of products.
4. Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
5. Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
What You Will Have:
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree (Preferable Engineering or Quality)
2. Language: Pre-advanced English Required
What You May Have:
1. Previous Experience in Quality Related (>3 Years)
2. Experience in Leadership Positions Highly Desirable
3. Knowledge in Project Management; Lean & 6 Sigma
Additional Information:
Travel Requirement: Less than 10% of the Time
