This is a cross-functional role, where you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that are intuitive, modern, and highly user-friendly.UX is a key concern for this project.Your work will have a direct impact on how users engage with the product, and how seamless the interactions feel across platforms. You'll lead the design process from research to final delivery, ensuring everything looks great and works even better.What You'll DoDesign intuitive, user-centered interfaces for a chat and communication platform
Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and final UI designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to improve UX
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
Define and maintain a design system for the product
Ensure cross-platform consistency and responsivenessMust-Have SkillsStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web or mobile applications
Solid experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience designing real-time or data-driven interfaces (chat, dashboards, etc.)
Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility, and usability standards
Ability to turn complex user needs into simple, elegant solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in remote environmentsNice to HaveExperience with platform-agnostic design (PWA, responsive web apps, etc.)
Familiarity with real-time systems or messaging tools
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS (not required to code, but to understand dev handoff)
Previous work with data products or BI dashboards is a plusGeneral RequirementsStrong communication skills in English – written and spoken
Comfortable working in remote-first, async-friendly environments
