Job Summary
As a Revenue Operations Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the data structures and processes that support revenue operations across sales, marketing and customer success. This is an opportunity to drive growth and efficiency through strong analytical skills and CRM management expertise while making a meaningful impact on our software business.
Key Responsibilities
* Expand and maintain a master lead list in HubSpot, utilizing enrichment tools like Clay
* Manage lead distribution across marketing and sales teams
* Develop data structures and processes to provide insights into key metrics for leadership and individual contributors
* Train peers and colleagues to follow relevant processes
* Calculate monthly commissions accurately
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support revenue operations
* Ensure accurate data synchronization across multiple systems, including CRM and product data integration
* Troubleshoot issues with revenue-related systems and software tools
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in CRM management, particularly with tools like HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot CRM, and experience in supporting sales teams
* Proficiency in Clay (clay.com), Google Sheets, Excel, Zapier, and familiarity with Webflow (preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with SQL and basic programming or low-code platforms such as Make or N8N
* Experience supporting outbound teams (cold calling and cold emailing)
* Experience managing billing and invoicing processes
* Previous experience working with remote teams
* English fluency
* Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to both give and receive feedback
Ideal Qualifications
* Experience in SaaS and remote work
* Advanced HubSpot certification or expertise
* Proven track record of implementing successful data-driven strategies
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary of $2,500 - $4,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications
