Job Description: As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our top-tier clients. You will be the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring that their needs are met, and helping them derive maximum value from our SaaS solutions and custom software offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Act as the main liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. - Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within client organizations. - Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling to drive revenue growth. - Solutions Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate the company's SaaS and software development offerings, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. - Resilient Approach: adept at handling demanding or high touch clients with empathy and delivering effective solutions. - Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, development, and customer success to deliver solutions that meet client needs. - Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to enhance satisfaction. - Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction, contract renewals, and account growth. Qualifications: - Experience: 3+ years of experience in client account management. Highly valued, but not required to be within a SaaS or software development environment. - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS platforms, software development processes, and general IT solutions. - Product Knowledge: Previous experience with Mindbody, ClubReady and MarianaTek platforms is preferred, but not required. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels. - Customer Focused: Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts while focusing on quality service and relationship-building. - Sales Mindset: Strong negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling skills with a focus on delivering value to clients. - Problem Solving: Ability to identify client challenges and deliver innovative solutions. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field is preferred but not required.
