Area Sales Manager for Pfister Capital Product Sales
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Pfister Capital Product Sales team in FLSmidth Cement. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the world by contributing to a sustainable future.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Pfister capital feeders in cement and adjacent markets, working proactively to service existing clients and identify new business opportunities, and updating the installed base in their sales area.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial experience, and the ability to act in competition in diverse markets. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, curious, and driven by a desire to make a positive impact.

* Sell Pfister capital feeders in cement and adjacent markets.
* Service existing clients and search for new business opportunities.
* Update the installed base in your sales area and maintain our CRM system.
* Be fully responsible for sales success and budget in your sales area.
* Act as a consultant to our clients, providing technical expertise and advice.
* Cooperate with agents where applicable.
* Travel extensively to meet with clients and promote our products.
Requirements:
* Several years of experience in sales.
* Technical education (Engineer or technician).
* Commercial experience for contract negotiations.
* Ability to work in diverse countries, cultures, and people.
