We are looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on ensuring the Content Solutions team operations are well-run, ensuring that the media, content and creators deliveries foreseen in the proposals happen as agreed with the clients. And also by staying connected with its cross-functional partners, sales team and internal/external stakeholders.
**This role key deliverables include**:
- Manage projects deliveries for Content Solutions and branding ads that require outsourced production;
- Guarantee the content solutions deliveries succeed;
- Strong strategic partnership with sales teams, internal/external agencies, cross-functional partners and clients;
- Manage and communicate timelines with cross-functional partners and internal/external stakeholders;
- Lead project management and creative review for all content solutions and commercial projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build out new systems, tools and processes to support team operations and create efficiencies and transparency in project tracking, project go-to-market/roll-out, feedback mechanisms, cross-functional collaboration, budget tracking, cross-functional alignment, communications and other team processes;
- Facilitate partnership between sales team, internal/external agencies, clients, and cross-functional partners;
- Participate in client meetings, support in follow up communications, report on next steps;
- Partner with teams to track, uncover and highlight opportunities and challenges for the group;
- Glean insights from data, and use that data to make recommendations and inform future plans and initiatives
- 5+ years experience in marketing, operations, project or program management;
- Background in business skills, management and content production;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working within a global organization, internal design teams, external agencies and with cross-functional partners;
- Experience working across diverse content formats - video, display/ picture, text, etc.
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks;
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organizational skills;
- English proficiency;
- Experience in a start-up or media/advertising world is a plus;
- Experience in client facing roles is a plus;
