Position purposes As a Sales Manager in Brazil, this position will be responsible for sales of crop protection products in Brazil, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
At the same time, collaborate with internal teams, establish and maintain good relationships with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction, including analyzing market trends and developing corresponding action plans.
Principal tasks and accountabilities 1.Develop and implement sales strategies for Brazil to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
2.Ensure that the sales team's performance meets or exceeds expected goals.
3.Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide corresponding solutions.
4.Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales activities.
5.Analyze market trends, propose suggestions and improvement plans.
6.Responsible for regional planning tailored by clients 7.Participate of process to collect "external market prices and competitors sales campaign" and implementing the regional strategy according type of customers 8.Establish relationship with competitor companies, aiming to define and implement commercial strategies 9.Regularly report sales performance and market trends to General Manager of Brazil.
Experience&Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in agrochemical, crop protection or related fields.
2.At least 10 years of sales experience in the agrochemical industry, with priority given to those with sales experience in Brazil.
3.Good team leadership and management skills, with strong communication and coordination skills.
4.Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
5.Excellent sales skills and negotiation skills, able to effectively handle complex sales scenarios.
6.
Familiar with the agricultural and chemical industry market and product knowledge, understand customer needs and competitor situations.
7.
Has good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
8.
Desirable but not mandatory: Fluent English speaking and written expression skills, with priority given to those with other local language abilities.

Have the ability and experience to carry out sales work in Brazil, and to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
