Job DescriptionWhat will you do?Mission:Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.Key Responsibilities:Measures and analyzes warehousing performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions. Manages projects to design and optimize warehousing processes.Main activities:Define the internal flow architecture based on the principles SPSGlobal architecture for warehouseOptimisation of warehousing activities (Stocking Strategy review based on FMR)Kanban loops between inventory & workstationsDefinition of water spider loopsOrganisation for the evacuation of finished products and wasteEnsures reliability of Warehousing time definitionEnsures safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activitiesDefine and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in MPH & WarehouseAdapt to a continuous improvement approach the MPH & WH in order to optimize safety, quality, lead time, costStudy the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needsIs a key actor in the digital transformation of the plant by being the Key User of one or more manufacturing digital tools (MES, WMS, IIoT, AGV, AR, Cobot, etc)Be the Data Owner of Warehousing (DEX) Domain managing all data (creation, update and deletion) to support the Quality Processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools).Key User of the Warehousing Domain (DEX)What skills and capabilities will make you successful?Strong project management skills with a focus on logistics and warehousing processes.Proficiency in change management and implementation methodologies.Ability to influence and convince stakeholders effectively.Customer-focused mindset with the capability to optimize supply chain management.In-depth knowledge of warehouse management principles and health & safety regulations.Familiarity with logistics operations and systems/tools, particularly SAP ERP.Strong analytical skills for measuring and improving warehousing performance.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Previous knowledge or experience in warehousing operations and logistics management.Proficiency in English (B1 level) for effective communication.Experience with SAP ERP and MS Office tools.Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.Who will you report to?You will report to the Industrial Engineering Manager.
