ANALISTA DE ADMINISTRACAO DE PESSOAL PLENO
Resumo da atividade:
1. Responsável por apoiar os funcionários do cliente em Rio das Ostras em relação às rotinas de folha de pagamento, férias, afastamento e rescisão.
2. Será o ponto de contato com a equipe central de folha de pagamento para fazer a interface das informações com o processo de folha de pagamento como benefícios, rescisão de tempo e presença, etc.
3. Responsável pelo suporte de treinamento para norma Regulamentadora Onboarding Ética e Complicação.
Responsabilidades:
1. Atendimento dos colaboradores, gestores e BP dos clientes na rotina da folha de pagamento.
2. Apoiar os funcionários do cliente nas rotinas de pontualidade.
3. Apoiar os funcionários na navegação do sistema de relatórios.
4. Suporte aos funcionários e gerente no processo de rescisão local e Compilação de documentos e kits de Homologações, Homologações REMOTAS, (Via Teams).
5. Apoio com auditorias de folha de pagamento.
6. Atendimento aos funcionários, BP e Gestores sobre afastamentos.
7. Realização de Onboarding do cliente nos dias de admissões.
O funcionário deve ser 100% baseado no escritório (na instalação do cliente).
Inglês Avançado/Fluente será um diferencial.
